Dropbox Storage

All the above plus any building services can be grouped together with all certificates/reports/job sheets being entered on a site specific Dropbox to allow all authorised departments/personnel within the company to access these records.

Rollins Group have full time test engineers with remote tablet access to provide a competitive service to all new and existing customers. Engineers have fully certificated and calibrated test equipment and are trained to the latest edition of the BS7671 wiring regulations.

Relevant certification is provided along with clear indication of any deviations being found, which are categorised into the relevant C1, C2 or C3 category. 

Rollins Group have full time fire alarm test engineers, who are trained to the latest BS5839 regulations and can carry out the following:

• Weekly Checks
• Monthly Checks
• 6 Monthly Checks
• 12 Monthly Checks

We are also Wagner ASD approved installers and have the latest software for diagnosis and set up of systems.

Rollins Group have full time trained personnel who use calibrated thermal imaging cameras to provide full documented report containing thermal images, visible light image, reference number and clear indication if any further investigation and remedial action is required.

All results and findings are store within Rollins cloud-based server for safe keeping.

Rollins Group offers and maintains an emergency light testing service to many of their commercial and industrial customers. This is required to ensure their customer are remaining compliant and up to date to the relevant emergency lighting standards. Our staff are trained to the most recent edition of BS5266 to ensure we keep our clients conforming to the most current regulations.

We can offer monthly testing as well as annual full three hour battery drain testing, and a reactive maintenance service from these inspections, replacing failed fittings as and when required.

Rollins Group provide full oil testing services to many of its customers. Oil samples are taken from site and sent to the relevant laboratory to be analysed for:

• CPCS
• Moisture
• Resistivity
• Multiple Gases

Results are then returned to the customer with recommendations.

Rollins Group have full time PAT Testing personnel who have full PAT testing equipment including calibrated PAT testers with downloadable software and remote printers to allow weatherproof labels to be affixed to the appliance.

All data is stored, and hardcopies of the PAT Testing results are issued complete with addition and deletion sheets to allow the customer to maintain their records.

Rollins Group employs an external Health & Safety Consultant to ensure compliance and the review of our policies including recent COVID 19 updates to ensure safe working in all types of customer premises from single storey schools to power stations. 

All Rollins Group site employees are in possession of:

• CSCS Cards/Certificates
• Asbestos Awareness Certificates
• Abrasive Wheel Certificates
• Scissor Lift Licences
• Boom Lift Licences
• Plant Licences (where applicable)

Full method statements and risk assessments are provided for each project as well as obtaining customer permits to work for working factories.
