Tingdene Waterside

We are very proud of our ever developing relationship with Tingdene from providing basic electrical services, we have turned a clubhouse into an hotel and we are now providing a full turn key package for a new development of 32 bases that will start January 2019 at North Denes Holiday Park Lowestoft using our own plant and in house ground work team, we will be building 32 new pads with water/sewage & electrics, New road and pumping Station.
Over the last 18 months we have:
- Built 12 bedroom hotel at Waterside Park
- Upgraded site transformer installed new electrical infrastructure to allow a 52 base development at Broadlands Holiday Park
- Supply and installation of 320 Smart meter in new hook up boxes at Humberston Fitties allowing Tingdene to be able to remotely meter and bill electrical usage with minimal staffing.
- Mains upgrade new distribution for 10 twin bases at Rainbow End Park
