Seed Processing Plant

Rollins Electrical have been successful in working with DUNNS SEEDS of Long Sutton, Lincolnshire, to install a completely new seed, pea and bean processing plant. A 2 year rolling project saw the installation of a new tonne bulk bag weighing system, including a 4 x screen software designed in-house to control 6 Alan Bradley Plc's.
The system includes:
- HMi interfaces for local control
- Individual panels designed and installed using ABB switchgear
- Bespoke inverter and soft start control panels
- DUNNS multi bulk bag PC control bagging system
- Seed storage bins and filler system controlled by local HMi
