 *   Installation of external inground & above ground lighting across the whole site.

Mechanical

 *   Hot and cold water services
 *   Supply and installation of all sanitaryware
 *   Supply and installation of commercial kitchen equipment
 *   Supply and installation of 3 irrigation systems inclusive of pump house

Carpentry

 *   Full fit out of the café
 *   Installation of the pergola
 *   Installation of decking to the café island
 *   Repairs to various bridges
